The Sterling Fire Department will soon have a couple of new members very soon. Fire Chief Northcutt said the two fire fighter they have at the academy have recently graduated. He said they did so well at the academy that the Rock Ford Fire Departments tried to steel them away.
Northcutt said they should have everything finished for their examination. He said the plan is to have them sworn in at the next City Council Meeting.
In other news. One of the newer vehicles have a structural problem and is currently being repaired.
