Dixon Stage Left is very excited about presenting their Shakespeare in the Summer Sun production of “JULIUS CAESAR”.
In these turbulent political times, Shakespeare’s Classic play of tyranny, “Julius Caesar,” has renewed relevance. This abridged version maintains the integrity of the play while significantly shortening it for a modern audience.
There will also be live performances of sword fights, magic, music, and much more for your pre-show entertainment. With ongoing renovations at DSL, “JULIUS CAESAR” will be held off-site on the Outdoor Stage at Sauk Valley Community College on SATURDAY, AUGUST 16th and SUNDAY, AUGUST 17th at 4:00 PM.
