The City of Sterling says as work continues to the west along 2nd Street, the turn lane from Route 40 North to 2nd Street will close beginning Monday, July 28.
Between Route 40 and 4th Ave, only 2nd Ave will remain partially open to access businesses on the south side of 2nd Street. Alleyways, 4th Ave and 3rd Ave will all be closed off at 2nd Street as work progresses.
