Launching a New Tradition of Appreciation in Dixon!
Thursday marks the first day of their brand-new Employee Appreciation Lunch Program, created to honor the years of service of the incredible people who serve the community every day. Each month, the city will gather for a special lunch to celebrate team members with work anniversaries that month to build connection, community, and gratitude across departments.
Thursday afternoon the city celebrated the July anniversaries and saying THANK YOU to three outstanding members of the team:
James – Waste Water Department – 6 years of service 🚰
Steve – Streets & Properties – 2 years of service 🛠️
Ryan – Waste Water Department – 2 years of service
