Dixon Public Schools incoming freshman, Ethan Carter, is up for a national Youth Athlete of the Year recognition.
In his Middle School career, he won first in the state in the IESA Cross Country Finals. This gives him the opportunity to potentially be featured in a 3BRAND as in Sports Illustrated and take home $25,000!
