On Wednesday, July 2, following a Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office press release, Emillio Castro (18) of Rock Falls and Ethon Hemminger (18) of Rock Falls turned themselves in at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
The Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office is still conducting follow-up interviews regarding this alleged violent incident.
